On Friday the 10th of May, the ATA team in Leicester held a charity quiz night and auction in support of Rainbows Children’s Hospice. The Leicester team have been fundraising for Rainbows Hospice for 5 years and last year they achieved their largest donation yet.
The Prizes
The annual charity quiz night and auction included a number of incredible prizes to help the team meet their even bigger fundraising target for 2019. Auction items up for grabs on the night included plenty of sports memorabilia including a football signed by the former Leicester City Player, Matty Piper, a signed picture of Jordan Pickford and a match-worn shirt signed by Welsh international, Andy King.
The biggest bids of the night were made on the popular signed football (£270) and Andy King Shirt (£190) as well as a comedy night and stay for two at The Derby Conference Centre (£200). In total throughout the evening, over £2,500 was raised for Rainbows Children’s Hospice!
