My background in recruitment
I worked as a management trainee previously, and eventually found my way to recruitment in May 2023. I’ve had experience with sales, account management and customer service, and found myself wanting to join an industry where more effort meant more reward.

I specialise in recruiting local Maintenance Engineers/Managers within Essex and the surrounding areas. I have numerous high-profile clients who trust me and the ATA database to deliver the best results with the best candidates who will be long-term fits within their teams.
What’s different about us is the level of training we receive at ATA. Whilst we’re, of course, not engineers, we can analyse technical mechanical and electrical specifics, meaning we can match the ideal candidates to the ideal job needs. Equally, if an Engineer is looking for immediate progression, we wouldn’t place them in a role where that isn’t offered, as that could cause long-term issues within your department.
The best part of my job
I like providing long-term solutions for long-term problems. Being one or two Engineers down can drastically impact working operations, and I seek to plug those gaps. The more quality Engineers you get through the door, the less downtime, less stress and more productivity you’ll be able to experience; that’s where I come in.
What I do when I'm not in the office
I’ve trained in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) for around six years and am deeply invested in the gym and fitness. My main interests include travelling, table tennis, the UFC/ONE Championship, and boxing.
