My background in recruitment
Having worked for ATA since 1999 I have developed a wealth of experience in engineering recruitment. Having started as a rookie recruiter then progressing through a number of roles to my current position I have pretty much recruited every role imaginable across most markets in the UK.

My focus as Director is on making sure my team delivers a high quality service to all of our customers regardless of whether they are brand new or an account that we have supplied for years.
We pride ourselves on our consultative approach, taking the time to really understand our customers and candidates so that when we put the two together we can be 100% confident that the match will be right.
We want to build long lasting partnerships with our customers and providing good candidates and quality service isn’t all we can do. Our market expertise means we can provide you with the so much more. Whether it’s the latest trends, salary benchmarking, or you need us to survey the local market to ascertain the perception of your hiring brand we can do it. If we don’t have the data already we’ll certainly now where to get it.
The best part of my job
I love seeing consultants and managers develop, and there’s no greater buzz than seeing people getting promoted and progressing through our structure.
What I do when I'm not in the office
As a dad, my family comes first, whether that’s dropping my girls off at dancing or cheering them on during competitions. I’m very lucky that they share my passion for the theatre, live music, and sport. As a family, we love going to gigs and watching my beloved Everton FC play.
