My background in recruitment

Before joining ATA, I had no experience in the Recruitment Sector and transitioned into the role immediately after studying politics at university.

Finding Maintenance Engineers for challenging-to-fill positions that demand specific skill sets is my expertise. I have a network of highly skilled Maintenance Engineers across the South East of the UK, each with unique abilities. Whether the need is for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or an Electrically minded Engineer with PLC skills, I can supply the right candidate, both technically and culturally.

I take immense pride in my work, ensuring that the experiences for both candidates and clients are as good and smooth as possible. Delving into great detail about my clients' requirements and understanding my candidates' long-term ambitions and goals enables me to find the perfect long-term fit that suits all parties' needs.

The best part of my job

The work is extremely rewarding and you certainly get out what you put in. ATA provide me with all the tools I need to be successful in the role. There is plenty of training and development which has enabled me to go from having no experience in the industry previously to now being a full 360 recruiter working confidently with clients and candidates.

What I do when I'm not in the office

Beyond my work in recruitment, my passion lies in music. I not only assist in organising nightclub events but also enjoy DJing.
