My background in recruitment
I started my recruitment career in 2016, recruiting for a wide array of engineering jobs on an interim basis. I've won internal in my first two years in a row for my understanding of the different engineering markets, and my ability to comprehend exactly what both the client and candidate are looking for.
What I do at ATA Recruitment
I am the Client relationship Manager for ATA Contract and I recruit within the Manufacturing and production divisions. Some of the most common job titles I recruit for include Maintenance Engineers, Welders, Mechanical and Electrical Fitters, Panel Wireman, Health and Safety, Machine and Production Operatives, Quality and Manufacturing Engineers.
The best part of my job
I enjoy working with new companies in new sectors which allows me to broaden my engineering knowledge and expertise. I also enjoy matching candidates I have on my database to companies that they have always wanted to work for.
What I do when I'm not in the office
I enjoy playing football and training in Brazilian Jui Jitsu. I also enjoy spending time and doing lots of activities with my children.
