​My background

After securing my degree in Business, I moved into a sales role in the furniture industry. Thanks to being quickly promoted to Assistant Manager, I gained hands-on experience in finding out what customers want, establishing needs and providing the right solution. It was here I was headhunted by a recruitment business who were impressed by my sales ability, and thought this trait would help massively in a successful recruitment career.

It was in 2021 I decided to make the move and try my hand at a new career. I began as Consultant, got promoted to a Customer Success Leader, particularly focussing on developing relationships with clients and utilising my experience in a senior sales role. Two years later and I have gone

I joined ATA Recruitment at the beginning of 2023, with the objective to drive the growth of our presence in the Northwest, an area where we already have a large number of clients who utilise our services.​

As a Recruitment Consultant for Maintenance Engineers, my primary goal is to connect talented professionals with great career opportunities. With plenty of experience in the industry, I specialize in identifying and recruiting top talent across the North West.

The best part of my job

I love problem solving, and the process of finding lasting solutions for my clients and candidates, provides me with great job satisfaction. I enjoy taking the time to completely understand what my client wants, what my candidate wants and ultimately finding the match between the two.

What I do when I'm not in the office

I really enjoy my exercise, mixed martial arts, muay thai, Brazilian jiu-jitsu. and train out of Mata Leo in Bradford. I have trained with Marc Diakiese a professional lightweight UFC fighter. In May 2022 became school governor, thanks to the more positive work-life balance
