​My background in recruitment

I have 5 years' experience in recruitment. I initially began in healthcare recruitment, specialising in sourcing support workers for individuals with spinal cord injuries and assisting them in their transition from hospital to home.

I then moved into global recruitment, specialising in reverse logistics, aftermarket services, and the circular economy. In this role, I predominantly focused on the recruitment of senior management within the electronics repair, refurbishment, and returns sector.

I specialise in recruiting Senior Managers and Directors within the engineering and manufacturing sectors across a broad range of industry sectors.

The best part of my job is being part of the moment when a candidate receives a well-deserved job offer. It’s incredibly rewarding to know I’ve played a role in matching someone’s unique skill set and aspirations with a position that aligns with their career goals. Helping people take that next step in their professional journey is what makes my work so fulfilling.

What I do when I'm not in the office

I regularly attend Yoga and Clubbercise classes, but on weekends, I usually head into the Peak District for some hiking!
