My background in recruitment

I have 13 years recruitment experience, with nearly 10 years in Engineering and 4 years recruiting contractors and interim professionals. In this time, I've grown to know and understand a lot of client and candidate frustrations within engineering recruitment, and I work hard to make the process easier for all.

I can help you with temporary and interim roles from shop floor fitters, up to Interim Engineering Directors. My clients have fed back to me that they have been pleased with the attention to detail I pay to their needs, the ability to understand the technical aspects of the roles they need people for, and the ability to find candidates efficiently.

The best part of my job

The best part of my job is having happy clients and candidates. I aim to build long term relationships where candidates and clients alike feel I am the ‘go to’ person for their needs.

What I do when I'm not in the office

When I’m not in the office I am usually spending time with my family – my two young children keep me very busy! I like to keep fit and enjoy running on a regular basis.
