My background in recruitment

​Having started my working life in property as a sales agent here in Leicester, I quickly made the switch over to the fast-paced, exciting world of recruitment.

After four years of specialising in Blue-Collar Construction and Engineering roles, I moved over to ATA to join the White-Collar Technical team as I find the roles more challenging and enjoy the complexity of each position I work on.

I specialise in Design, Projects, and Technical Sales roles for Engineering businesses across the East Midlands, mainly covering Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Northampton, and Lincoln.

Industries I frequently work in include Aerospace, Automotive, CNC, and SPM.

The best part of my job

I am an avid problem solver and enjoy the challenge of matching the right candidates to the businesses I work with.

I love diving into the technical aspects of each role I work on and seeing the interesting products and projects our clients are involved in.

What I do when I'm not in the office

I enjoy spending time with friends and family and occasionally hitting the gym (not nearly as much as I should…).
