​My background in recruitment

​Although I only began my recruitment journey this year, I have spent my entire working life in customer-focused roles. From teaching music to window cleaning, as well as cheffing and waiting, I have consistently thrived in providing high-quality service while maintaining a personal touch. You can be confident that your best interests will always be my top priority.

I can help you with

I specialise in the recruitment of maintenance engineers, ranging from trainees to managers. Primarily focused on the East Midlands, I collaborate with a wide range of companies across various industries, including FMCG, Automotive, Aerospace, Construction Material Manufacture, and more.

I believe that the most essential part of the recruitment process is not only finding the right match for your skillset but also aligning with your career goals, long-term development, and, most importantly, what makes you happy at work on a day-to-day basis.

The best part of my job

My favourite part of this job is seeing the results of the process months down the line. After speaking with someone new, learning about their career and ambitions, working together to find the best options, and supporting them through the interview process, I get to stay in touch and follow their journey in their new career—all while beginning the process again with someone else.

What I do when I'm not in the office

When I'm not in the office, I enjoy trying new activities across the country. Some highlights have included theatre trips, quad biking, and a zombie survival experience day. At the top of my to-do list are scuba diving and skydiving.
