We can’t tell you much, but what we can tell you is… How does it work? Transported from the body shop through a conveyor transport system, the cars shell enters the paint department. In the pursuit of outstanding quality, the TMUK paint shop follow a rigorous process to ensure every corolla that leaves the factory, is leaving with a meticulous paint job. To do this, the cars will be cleaned, primed, and sealed before the robots get to work applying the vibrant paint. Each car is painted individually with its designated colour, before being baked at 200 degrees for 20 minutes to increase durability.
