6 Month Contract - £14ph
Monday to Friday
Day to day will be:
- Opening and loading service orders into SAP
- Planning and scheduling site service visits with clients and service engineers using SAP and Excel
- Ordering spares for service visits
- Ordering parts from 3rd party suppliers and raising purchase requisitions
- Communicating with other departments to understand lead times and parts availability for service requirements
- Managing logistics for parts needed for service interventions
- Assisting in managing of engineers Van stock
- General admin duties
You must possess the following skills:
- Experience working with SAP or similar
- Directly related experience in a similar industrial/engineering environment
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Previous experience co ordinating service appointments for engineers
- Must have worked in engineering or manufuturing industry
