Location – Close to Knottingley / Goole/ Selby / Doncaster

An opportunity has arisen for an automation / controls engineer to join one of the UK’s leading manufacturing firms! As an automation / controls engineer you will be working on the latest, state of the art technology in a mission to maintain the company’s status as one of the leading manufacturing firms in the UK!
The Role
As an automation / controls engineer, you will be involved in:
- Making modifications and interrogating PLC code and using SCADA systems
- Range of different project work including machinery upgrades and installations
- Using SAP
- Looking after contractors, risk assessments, permits, continuous improvement work and manging CAPEX
Requirements
To be a successful automation / controls engineer, our client requires:
- Desirable HNC qualification or above
- Experience in PLCs, Controls and SCADA systems
- Great team player
