Engineering Administrator – Warrington
Contract: 6 Months (very good chance the role will go permanent)
Rate: £14 per hour + £1.69 per hour holiday pay.
Hours: Monday to Friday, (Hybrid Remote 3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
This well-established global engineering company are currently going through a rapid growth phase and as a result they are looking to add an Administrator to their team to ensure they continue to provide their customers with a fantastic level of service. This role will suit a candidate that has excellent administration skills and has worked within a technical / engineering environment. The successful candidate will receive training and development to help them continue to grow their skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Open and loading service orders into SAP.
- Plan and schedule site service visits using SAP and Excel.
- Order spares and parts from suppliers; manage logistics.
- Communicate with departments on lead times and availability.
- Assist in managing engineers’ van stock.
- Wide range of administration tasks
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience within an industrial/engineering environment.
- Experience with SAP or similar systems.
- Attention to detail.
- Proven track record in Engineering / Technical Administration.
- Able to work on a variety of tasks at one time.
- Strong verbal, communication, and IT skills.
- Desire and ability to learn
- Good work ethic
