This is a fantastic opportunity for a Field Service Engineer who wants to contribute more to the wider business and get involved in projects and implementation work.
Our client a leader in the engineering and manufacturing of intralogistics systems for global markets. Our client currently turnover of 10 million in the UK, and this is an excellent time to join a large group with strong backing. Our client is looking for a service engineer to join their team. Our
client also offers an excellent onboarding process with a very strong training program.
The Role of Field Service Engineer
- Travel to customer sites to install and maintain all company products.
- Travel to customer sites to maintain other products within the Group whenever necessary.
- Train customers on the use of equipment
- Train customer technicians on service and maintenance of the equipment.
- To carry out all jobs in a safe way, ensuring adherence to Safe Systems of Work and Risk Assessments
- To complete detailed site work reports on pause or completion of works.
- Ensure compliance with all associated standards, ISO H&S and Environmental as well as company values.
- Complete expense reporting in accordance with the company procedures.
- Maintain a record of time worked, time for travel, etc.
- Team player and happy to work apart of a team.
The Candidate
To be successful in your application you must have the following skills, abilities, or qualifications:
- Must have an electrical or mechanical qualification.
- Must be able to fault-find electrical and mechanical systems.
- Must be willing to stay away (Fully expensed)
Ideally, candidates would have previous experience within the automated manufacturing sector as Field Service Engineer, but open to good well-rounded candidates
