£45K-£48K + 36 Days Holiday

Based near Ellesmere Port
The Company:
Part of a larger group. This multi-site manufacturing business work with some of the biggest blue chip companies in the UK. The site near Elsmere Port is a high volume manufacturing plant. and is always looking for areas to develop and improve.
They are now looking for a HR Manager to join the management team and help them develop the business moving forward.
The Role:
The HR manager role is incredibly diverse, and no 2 days will be the same.
You will be the sole HR professional on site and be responsible for a wide range of duties including:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Grievances and disciplinaries
- Absence management and reporting
- Training and development of staff and management
Required Experience:
The Ideal HR Manager will have the following skills and experience:
- CIPD Level 5
- Experience within the manufacturing sector
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- This is a stand along role so must be comfortable with a level of autonomy
- You must also be flexible to the administrative side of the role a well
