We are working with a leader who specialise in the FMCG sector, a multisite group who turnover over 1 billion as a business. A supplier to some of the biggest retailers in the UK, with continuous improvement being made to each site with million pounds of investment being made. This site is based in Leicester and is a huge plant with over 700 employees at this site. A large team, who are motivated and lots of opportunity for progression – including internal training and external courses being available. A range of impressive kit is on site that allow a fantastic production process. Our client is searching for a talented maintenance engineer to join their business.
The Role:
As a maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for
- Breakdowns/reactive maintenance
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Installation work
- Fault finding
- Working on a range of food manufacturing equipment
What we are looking for:
A maintenance engineer who:
- Has experience working in a manufacturing environment
- A level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent
- A good attitude with an aptitude to learn
- A confident engineer who is happy to work as a team
