At ATA we are excited to be bringing you an opportunity based in Peterborough, working for an exciting company looking to add a maintenance engineer to their well-established maintenance team.

Our client has been operating for over 40 years and in this time has become a £multi million company. In the process of becoming a larger company they have become the market leader within the manufacturing industry. By becoming a market leader, our client has grown the number of sites in the UK to over 6 sites with sites in Wales, Scotland, and England. With plans for another factory being built this year in 2023, this is a fantastic opportunity for a maintenance engineer to join an expanding company.

The Role

As the Maintenance Engineer onsite, you will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical tasks, consisting of:

  • Carrying out planned maintenance
  • Reacting to breakdowns
  • Completing remedial repair work across a busy manufacturing site.
  • Maintaining machinery such as Conveyors, control panels, CNCs and bespoke machinery specific to this site.
  • Conducting and leading Project’s

About you

To be considered for this maintenance engineering opportunity, you will have:

  • Level 3 Engineering Qualification.
  • Experience working within engineering.
  • Experience Fault finding and working on 3 phase systems.
