We are currently recruiting for one of our newest clients, who are big players in the FMCG sector producing products for some of the biggest UK retailers. One of four UK Sites sitting in the heart of derby, with plenty of investment going into the business with installation of new machinery (totalling to over 2 million pounds). A well-established business with a close-knit engineering team, with room for another talented maintenance engineer to join their already talented team. This position includes great on job training with a great package including 44k and NO NIGHTS at all,
The Role:
As a maintenance engineer your responsibilities will include,
- Reactive Maintenance/breakdowns
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Any project/continuous improvement
- Fault finding (electrically)
The candidate:
Our client is searching for a maintenance engineer who:
- Level 3 qualified (NVQ, City and Guilds) or apprenticeship trained
- Experience within a manufacturing, food or automated logistics environment
- Good electrical skillset with an aptitude to learn
- Happy to work as part of a team
