Our client is a leading global player in the packaging sector, supplying to major brands in personal care, infant nutrition, pharmaceuticals, and household products. With a turnover of £380 million and a site contributing £40 million, this is an exciting opportunity to join a company operating across multiple continents. The site boasts impressive, bespoke machinery, including robotics and automated systems, providing an ideal environment for a skilled maintenance engineer.
The Role:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Reactive maintenance and attending to breakdowns
- Routine planned preventative maintenance (PPM) work
- Continuous improvement projects on a range of machinery, including robotics, automated cells, and injection moulding machinery
- Ensuring equipment reliability and performance through effective maintenance strategies

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in maintenance engineering, ideally within a manufacturing or packaging environment
- Knowledge of injection moulding machinery and/or robotics is highly desirable
- A proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and problem-solving
- Willingness to learn and develop in a cutting-edge engineering environment
