Role: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Hatfield
Shifts: Days role (8-4 Flexible hours)
Package: £55,000 - £60,000 + 10% Bonus + £1000 Safety Bonus (Overtime available 1.5 -2.0)
The Company
I am proud to be working with an industry leading product manufacturing company in Hatfield. They manufacture overe 100tonne of product a day to provide to their customers, via various machinery including Rollers, Overhead Cranes, Casting machines, presses and more. They have recently invested a few million pound into the site to bring it upto date and keep it running as efficiently as possible. My client pride themselves in providing the best quality products and developing the business sustainably. They are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the well structured team and grow alongside the company.
The Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor your role will include the management of the PPM system for that factory, assigning work orders to Maintenance crews & manage spares, along with running daily meetings, 1-2-1s plus co-ordinate any training necessary for the Engineers.
- Leadership of a team of experienced maintenance engineers
- Maintenance planning
- Leading CI activities
- Reporting on KPI’s
- PPM activity on equipment.
- Mechanical and electrical reactive support.
- Attending breakdowns and carrying out fault finding to resolve engineering issues.
The Ideal Candidate for Maintenance Supervisor would need
- Strong Communication skills
- Engineering experience and managing a team of Engineers
- Able to work autonomously and independently.
- Experience working on PLC’s
