Location- Selby
Shifts- 4 on 4 off (4days/4nights)
Salary- £55,000
Holidays- 20 shift holidays

ATA are working with a multi-site business who specialise in the FMCG industry, due to their constant growth and success they’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.
The Role of a Maintenance Supervisor
As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for…
- Lead a shift team to where team members are driven, dedicated and supported to develop and reach their full potential.
- Plan and prioritise the shift workload, create PPM’s to ensure machine output is maximised.
- Write rams and ensure all contractors and colleagues work in a safe manor.
- 1 to 1’s and disciplinaries
The Requirements of a Maintenance Supervisor
- MUST be level 3 qualified minimum in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Previous management or team leader experience is essential.
- Must have Industrial experience
- Great knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles.
- Can do attitude and motivated,
