Maintenance Supervisor

Location- Selby

Shifts- 4 on 4 off (4days/4nights)

Salary- £55,000

Holidays- 20 shift holidays

Up to 8% pension match and Private Health Care

The Company

ATA are working with a multi-site business who specialise in the FMCG industry, due to their constant growth and success they’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.

 

The Role of a Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for…

  • Lead a shift team to where team members are driven, dedicated and supported to develop and reach their full potential.
  • Plan and prioritise the shift workload, create PPM’s to ensure machine output is maximised.
  • Write rams and ensure all contractors and colleagues work in a safe manor.
  • 1 to 1’s and disciplinaries

The Requirements of a Maintenance Supervisor

 

  • MUST be level 3 qualified minimum in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Previous management or team leader experience is essential.
  • Must have Industrial experience
  • Great knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles.
  • Can do attitude and motivated,
