Mechanical Assembly Operative – St Albans
Temporary to permanent after 3 months
Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
£14 Per Hour – (£30k per annum
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Operative to join our dynamic team in St Albans. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual looking to transition into a permanent role after three months. You will play a key role in assembling high-Quality components in an industrial setting.
Day to day roles and responsibilities:
- Assembly of sheet metal enclosures ensuring precise assembly and alignment
- Installing components onto chassis plates and external covers with attention to detail
- Accurately fitting copper systems to meet project specifications
- Assisting in the assembly of cabinets and supporting broader manufacturing processes as needed
The following assembly operative must possess the following:
- Prior experience as an assembly operative within an industrial environment is essential
- Skilled in using a variety of hand tools for precise assembly
- Experience working with sheet metal is crucial for this role
