Multi – Skilled Maintenance Engineer

£42,000 + Overtime (1.5x, 2x) + Regular Days + 8% Pension + Progression into Senior Role and Many More Benefits!

Location – Chesterfield

Shifts – Regular Days Mon – Fri (7:30 – 16:00)

The Company

An opportunity has arisen for a multi – skilled maintenance engineer to join an emerging manufacturing company who supply into the building products sector! As a multi – skilled maintenance engineer, you will be working for a company who are currently undergoing major investment plans meaning there is no better time to join!

The Role

As a multi-skilled maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to breakdowns, conducting PPMs and carry out routine maintenance work around the plant
  • Electrical responsibilities including fault finding on three phase systems, drives, relays and control panels
  • Mechanical responsibilities including working on components including conveyors, gearboxes, and bearings etc

 

Requirements

As a multi-skilled maintenance engineer, our client requires:

•             You to have an NVQ level 3 in either mechanical or electrical engineering

•             You to have previous experience in working in a manufacturing environment

•             You to be confident fault finding on both mechanical and electrical components
