14 years working exclusively in the UK Infrastructure sector, supporting clients to maximise hiring effectiveness through the provision of recruitment solutions incorporating; headcount planning and forecasting, talent attraction, assessment and selection, 3rd party worker workforce management, legislation change management and process improvement.
What are your responsibilities?
I lead ATA’s Projects division which partners with many of the leading engineering and construction contractors, transport operators and asset owners who are tasked with developing the UK’s transport networks and civil infrastructure.
I am responsible for supporting and developing our fantastic team to provide clients and candidates with a trusted, long term partner in achieving business and career growth.
What do you get a kick out of in your role?
The relationships fostered over the years between our team and their clients and candidates have seen many genuine friendships forged. The trust that is regularly placed in our team demonstrates that we have the right people doing the right things to ensure clients and candidates are properly supported time and again.
My days of international travel, jumping from planes and bridges are now but a distant memory. I have become the cliched family man living vicariously through my children, often found on a wet, cold touchline watching both my children play football. That or finding a reason to barbecue an inordinate amount of meat in my smoker.
