Highways project, £300 per day
Site Engineer required on a major highways project where your duties will include setting out and dimensional control of works, take-offs, monitoring of works and maintaining a daily record of progress, activities, changes and events.
Project Manager – Permanent – London Kings Cross
£57,000 per year + car/car allowance + extensive benefits package
Project Manager required to oversee associated enabling works (circa £3million) including structures, UTX’s, URX’s, concrete signal bases, fencing and retaining wall packages. Day to day responsibility for the overall project team, scope of works, health, safety & quality, programme and budget, and will be the front-line point of contact for the client. The successful candidate will need to be a degree qualified Civil Engineer, with experience in rail civils, design, commercial change management and cost management.
CEM – Contract – Manchester
Rail project, £500 per day
As CEM you will assume responsibility for all technical issues and Engineering Management on bridge and station refurbishment schemes. You will have the autonomy for signing off designs and leading tenders. You will report into the Rail Director on all design, tendering and delivery issues.
Estimator (rail) – Permanent – Wigan
£40,000 + car/car allowance + extensive benefits project
As an Estimator, you will play an integral role within the existing team in producing work winning bids on projects such as bridge demolition and re-constructions, embankment works and more. Your role and responsibilities will include the review and interpretation of engineering drawings to produce take offs and Estimates using first principle methodology. Your experience to date should be working as an Estimator for a minimum of 2 to 3 years on rail/civils projects or frameworks or you can be an Engineer in rail with a technical knowledge and understanding of the industry and some experience of pricing works.
