It was clear from my two and a half hour second interview with the management team of ATA Bristol that this was a company that would drive me to succeed and provide me the opportunity to develop myself professionally and be rewarded for it. Joining ATA in March 2010 with 2 years’ work experience as a sales Head Hunter, I quickly learnt that ATA were offering a training & development programme like I have never previously experienced. I pay all my credit to my manager who put together a detailed and thorough training plan bespoke to my needs and ensured I became an expert in all aspects of the job. This has excelled me from a £100k biller to achieving in excess of £175K.
