Interim Maintenance Manager – (70% Hands on and 30% Leadership and management)
Contract: 6 months’ rolling contract
Location: Halesowen/Birmingham
Shift: Day Shift Monday to Friday
Rate: £350 - £400 per day (LTD/Umb) Outside of IR35

Details:
We require a Maintenance Manager with strong ethical beliefs to manage the day to day and short-term action of their respective teams.
It is expected from you to organize, supervise, direct your team, lead/motivate and delegate tasks accordingly.
You need to ensure that every single job is executed on time, and without compromising. Work closely with Operations on priority, improvements, and co-ordination of activities. Recommend upgrades, overhauls, and other changes to major systems and equipment
Strong Leadership skills is a must
70% of the role will be hands on and being involved in performing Maintenance Activities alongside your team – leading from the front with around 30% leadership
