Maintenance Supervisor
£45,000-£50,000 + Paid OT

The Company:
A well established manufacturing business in West Yorkshire is looking to re-structure its engineering department and bring in a hands on maintenance supervisor to their team.
The Role:
Working regular days, Monday to Friday, the maintenance supervisor will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a small team of multi-skilled maintenance engineers
- Plan and organise work
- Design and implement projects
- Maintain the machinery and equipment onsite as part of the team they are supervising
Required Experience:
- The maintenance supervisor is very much a player-manager role, so this person needs hands on engineering skills as well as supervisory experience.
- NVQ 3 or above in electrical engineering
- Experience within a manufacturing environment
This is a great opportunity for an electrically biased maintenance engineer looking to step up into a supervisory role or an experienced maintenance supervisor looking for a new challenge.
