**Mechanical Assembly Fitter**
North West/Warrington
3-month contract initially
Rate: £20.00-£22.00p/h (Umbrella) (LTD) Outside IR35
Or £17p/h (PAYE) plus £2.05 holiday pay
Circa 40 hrs p/w (Mon-Fri) - Overtime rate at 1.5x
Our client
I am working with a key client in the water treatment industry. We are recruiting for Mechanical Fitters on a key customer site for a minimum of a three-month contract, to assist on the upgrade of a significant capital project.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working on Mechanical assembly of skid-based packages
- Build and pressure test UV chambers to a high standard of quality whilst adhering to SOP’s
- Liaise with other teams and key stakeholders
- Strong technical understanding to ensure mechanical specifications are met
- Report any snagging issues to Site Supervisor
- Working from mechanical engineering drawings
The Successful Candidate:
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical assembly
- Understand and interpret mechanical engineering drawings
- PVC Pipework experience would be beneficial
- Strong communication skills, with a keen eye for health, safety and quality
- Ideally Manufacturing background, but open to other industries

- Monday to Friday (Circa 40 hrs p/w)
- Outside IR35 contract (Limited co. Suitable)
- Overtime on 1.5x pay on Saturday & Sunday
- Repeat contract/project work with our key customer
