Job Title – Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

£44-55k DOE + Overtime + Training Matrix salary increase + 5% matched Pension + Private Health Care + OTE £58k

Hours – 3 shifts

Holidays – 25 plus 8 bank holidays

Location – Harrogate

The Company

Our client is looking for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join a top tier manufacturing firm supplying into some of the biggest names within the private sector. They are renowned for their attention to detail and are the number one supplier within the specialised sector globally. You will be joining a team of 6 highly experienced engineers and you will have the chance to play your part in helping maintain the company’s status in the manufacturing industry!

The Role

Working as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer will involve:

  • Fault finding on electrical components including sensors, relays, switches etc
  • Fault finding on mechanical components including bearings, sprockets, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • Conducting PPMs and responding to breakdowns on machinery including extruders, CNC machines, packaging machines, robots, and other automated machinery

Requirements

As a multi-skilled maintenance engineer, you will be required to:

  • Have a level 3 NVQ qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Previous experience in working on electrical and mechanical components
  • Hold a result driven focus and hope to progress within the company when opportunities arise
