​My background in recruitment

I started at ATA in March 2022 where I came in as a trainee recruitment consultant with no real prior knowledge of recruitment or engineering. I have since been able to establish myself in ATA where I have been promoted twice in less than 18 months within the business. I have placed multiple candidates within that period and have built relationships with new clients to help grow my business.

I can help you with:

I’m a specialist in contract recruitment within white collar engineering. My market spans across the North-West and Yorkshire region where I supply clients with design and project engineers.

The best part of my job:

I enjoy the fact that not two days are the same, and how rewarding the job can be. I also feel the progression within the business stands out from anywhere else I have been and the time frame in which this can be done. The training I have received, and support has helped me progress massively.

What I do when I’m not in the office:

I (sometimes) enjoy going to watch Huddersfield town which can make recruitment seem stress free.
