As a General Assembly Operative, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing team, contributing to the production of high-quality electrical components. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assembly of Sheet Metal Enclosures: Assemble sheet metal enclosures with precision and attention to detail, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
- Fitting Electrical Components: Skillfully fit electrical components to chassis plates and external covers, maintaining the integrity of the final product.
- Fitting Copper Busbar Systems: Expertly install copper busbar systems, demonstrating your proficiency in working with electrical components.
- Assist in the Manufacturing Process: Be ready to assist in various aspects of the manufacturing process as needed, demonstrating flexibility in your approach to work.
Qualifications and Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Full competence in the use of hand tools is essential.
- Previous experience in assembly work or a similar role is essential
- Being able to read drawings is essential
